Mere Christianity

Question,

I was reading mere christianity and was taken by c.s. lewis' strong stance on God's providing humanity with free will and its purpose. His argument sounds a lot like my argument with a few of you over the years.

My question is whether I misread the passage, or whether his stance is just markedly different from that put forth by various of you guys.

Don't take this post the wrong way, I am merely curious.

Hey, Rob, which chapter is this passage in, or is it something you're seeing throughout the book? Jason

Hey Jason,

I remember a very overt discussion of it in like the 4th or 5th chapter. Sorry I can't be more specific, but somehow or another I seem to have misplaced it for the time being.
